东京—东芝公司（TOKYO：6502）旗下存储与电子元器件解决方案公司今日宣布推出提供40V大电压和1.8A电流的双极步进电机驱动器“TB62269FTAG”。批量生产将于本月底启动。
 

3D打印机、办公室自动化设备、ATM等银行终端、验钞机、游乐设备和家用电器等应用均需要高速、高性能电机驱动器。与此同时，客户对节省空间且设计优良的设备的需求正加速设备的小型化。降低产品内部热量和功耗的措施也变得日益重要。
 

该款新电机驱动器采用QFN32封装，比东芝现有产品“TB62269FTG”的QFN48封装更小。其封装尺寸的减小将有助于节省印刷电路板的空间。

东芝将继续加强其产品阵容，以满足电机驱动应用的各种需求。

新产品的主要特点

1.发热量小

低导通电阻使发热量减少（0.8Ω以下，上限和下限总和）。

2.低振动、低噪音

采用1/32步（最大）步进高分辨率电机驱动技术，可降低振动和噪音。

3.小型封装

采用散热性能高的小型QFN32封装，可简化设备和模块的散热处理。这样还有助于实现IC小型化并降低成本。

4.内置错误检测电路

过热保护电路和过流保护电路有助于促进设备安全性和可靠性，并具有在设计阶段输出的信号。

应用场合

3D打印机、游乐设备（弹球盘和老虎机）、家用电器（冰箱和空调）、工业设备（ATM等银行终端）、办公室自动设备和工厂自动化设备
