特長: この評価ボードはロームの同期整流降圧コンバータ BD9B300MUV を評価するために作成されました。2.7V～5.5V の入力電圧範囲から 3.3V を出力することができます。IC には 35mΩ ハイサイド Nch MOSFET と 35mΩ ローサイド Nch MOSFET を内蔵し、スイッチング周波数は 1MHz または 2MHz を選択できます。ソフトスタート回路は起動時の突入電流を防ぎます。EN ピンは簡単なON/OFF 制御でスタンバイ時の消費電力を減少できます。MODE ピンは固定 PWM 動作か自動軽負荷切換え動作の選択ができます。OCP（過電流保護)と SCP（短絡保護)機能を備えています。
