for XBee Networking products in the January 2021 notification.
2021/06/23 PCN（产品规格变更通知） Digi International has implemented policy changes to the Return Authorization (RA) process : All Digi Products
These changes are effective now.
Reason for change: Simplify and clarify our policy and reduce the RA cycle time for customers
Return Authorization Policy The cost of the device and the quantity of the return determines the replacement or repair strategy. We will no longer require the return of the device(s) for all transactions.
Device(s) must be returned for Customer Owned Repairs and as requested for a Replacement transaction.
