Smart-Medicine-Box
The Smart Medication Case is designed to ensure patient medication intake. Using a dedicated smartphone app, they can set their own cell phone to display reminders and manage their personal medication status.
This reference design features an embedded RL78/G13 microcontroller that communicates with the Wi-Fi module via UART. The real-time clock (RTC) count value can be calibrated and alarm times can be set or cleared via MQTT from the Renesas IoT Sandbox. Alarm time data is stored in data flash.
The ISL9120 high-efficiency step-up/step-down switching regulator further improves power control efficiency.
