【General description】
The LD680x series is a small size low-dropout regulator (LDO) family with a maximum voltage drop of 60 mV @ 200 mA current rating. The device is available in three different ultra small packages, one 0.4 mm pitch CSP, a five pin SOT753 and one leadless plastic package SOT886.The operating voltage ranges from 2.3 V to 5.5 V and the output voltage ranges from 1.2 V to 3.6 V.Each product in the family is available in two versions: high-ohmic (H version) or with an integrated auto-discharge (pull-down) circuit (P version).
