NXP extends its portfolio of diodes available in FlatPower packages with the release of its new PN-rectifier PNS40010ER. This 400 V, 1 A device offers high power density at standard switching time in a small SOD123W FlatPower plastic package. It is ideal for high temperature applications up to 175 °C using high-efficiency power technology. Due to clip bond technology that allows high surge pulses up to 32 A, it can be used for all standard switching applications from consumer to automotive.
