东京-- 东芝公司（TOKYO：6502）旗下存储与电子元器件解决方案公司今日宣布面向高效电源推出具备改进的低导通电阻、高速开关的800V超级结N沟道功率MOSFET。“DTMOS IV系列”的八款新MOSFET利用超结结构，与东芝之前的“π-MOSVIII系列”相比，其可将其单位面积导通电阻（RON x A）降低近79%。 该系列产品改进的高速开关还有助于提高使用该系列产品的芯片组的电源效率。这些MOSFET适用于工业电源，服务器、笔记本电脑适配器和充电器以及移动设备的备用电源以及LED照明灯具的电源。出货即日启动。
