DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: This PCN is being issued to notify customers that in order to assure continuity of supply, Diodes has qualified its subcontractor Eris Technology Corporation (Eris) in Taoyuan, Taiwan as additional Assembly and Test site using PdCu wire with plating at Bandl for discrete products listed in the table below. IMPACT: Continuity of Supply. No change in datasheet electrical parameters and product performance. Implementation Date: 29 August, 2024
2025/05/14	PCN（製品仕様変更通知書）	PCN No.:PCN-2730-REV1 Change Desc.:Qualification of Diodes’ subcontractor ATX-MLK in Melaka, Malaysia, as New Assembly and Test Site for Select Discrete Products This Product Announcement is being issued to notify Tesla that in order to assure continuity of supply, Diodes Incorporated has qualified external assembly and test site ATX-MLK located in Melaka, Malaysia using Au bond wire and qualified additional Diodes internal OFAB and GFAB wafer sources in United Kingdom for select discrete products listed below. The assembly and test processes at ATX-MLK have been replicated from Diodes qualified internal assembly and test site SAT in Shanghai, China. To indicate Greater China + 1 (GC+1) compliance, Diodes created new orderable part numbers (PN) with -52-N suffix for Tesla. Diodes’ definition of GC+1 compliance is that both, Wafer Fab and AT sites must be outside of China & Taiwan. Please refer to the table below which lists the existing part numbers and corresponding “-52-N” part numbers to be ordered from and manufactured at ATX-MLK. Any applicable BOM or manufacturing differences between the existing and new -52-N part numbers are indicated in the table below as well. The cross-reference table below is subject to change with more parts to be qualified and added at ATX-MLK in the future.

ご注文数をメーカリールから切断したテープの状態です。テープカットにはリーダやトレーラは含まれておりません。
