东芝推出15W无线充电发射器IC

东京—东芝公司(TOKYO:6502)旗下半导体与存储产品公司今日宣布推出一款传输容量达15W的无线充电发射器IC—“TC7718FTG”。样品发货即日启动,批量生产计划于春季开始。


该新IC与微控制器连接,实现符合Qi[1]标准的无线发射器系统。该标准由无线充电联盟(WPC)制定。东芝独创的尖端CD-0.13工艺可实现小封装和高效率,简化系统集成并且使发射器系统占用空间小。由该新IC组成的15W无线发射器将快速为设备充电,其充电速率等于或快于有线充电器。该新IC适用于广泛的应用,包括智能手机和平板电脑等移动设备,以及工业设备。


使用新IC的无线发射器将与使用东芝5W接收器IC “TC7764WBG”的5W接收器系统和使用东芝10W接收器IC “TC7765WBG10W”的10W接收器系统兼容,这两款接收器系统均已批量生产。再结合符合Qi v1.2标准的15W无线接收器控制IC “TC7766WBG”,该无线系统可接收高达15W的功率。

・全桥式栅极驱动器(也与半桥式兼容):1通道
・嵌入式LPF[2],用于ASK信号恢复
・嵌入式LDO(3.3V输出)

为移动设备(智能手机、平板电脑) 和工业设备等充电。
