インテル コーポレーションの事業部門となったアルテラは、フル機能を備え、システムとして完全にテストされたインダクタ内蔵高集積 PowerSoC である 6A PowerSoC DC-DC 降圧型コンバータを追加し、 Enpirion(R) 電源製品のポートフォリオを拡充いたしました。

新製品 PowerSoC (EN6362QI) は、変換効率、出力電圧精度、負荷応答、および出力電圧リップルの特性で高性能化を図りながら、業界をリードする電力密度を提供する新世代の低 VIN (入力電圧) パワー製品です。

競合のパワー・モジュールより 45 %、ほとんどのディスクリート 電源ソリューションより75 % ソリューションサイズを小型化できます。

また、同等のモジュールより優れた熱性能とともに最も高い効率を提供し、85oC の周囲温度においてディレーティングを行わずに 6 A を連続供給することができます。
