东京--东芝公司（TOKYO：6502）旗下存储与电子元器件解决方案公司今日宣布推出两款新的大电流光继电器60V“TLP3407S”和100V“TLP3409S”，以扩大公司S-VSON4[1]封装光继电器产品线，该封装为业界最小安装面积[2]的封装。量产出货即日启动。
 

这些新产品不仅保留产品线中现有产品TLP3406S的功能，而且实现高电压。TLP3406S具备30V电压和大的额定导通电流并采用小型封装。更高电压可支持需要汽车IC电压变化的DPS[3]应用，例如SoC测试器。
 

S-VSON4封装比现有VSON4封装[4]的安装面积缩小22.5%。此外，该系列还将工作温度提升至新的高度，从85°C提升至110°C。有助于通过缩小测试板尺寸，增加继电器电路数量以及进一步提高集成密度，提高设计效率。

根据2015年和2016年的销售额，Gartner最新市场报告肯定了东芝作为光耦合器领先制造商的地位。2016财年，东芝相关产品占有23%的销售市场份额。（资料来源：Gartner “市场份额：2016年全球半导体设备和应用”，2016年3月30日。）

东芝将根据市场趋势促进多样化光电耦合器和光继电器产品组合的开发，继续提供满足客户需求的产品。
