TOKYO- Toshiba Corporation Semiconductor & Storage Products Company today announced that it will showcase its leading-edge semiconductor solutions for motors and power systems at TECHNO-FRONTIER 2013. Toshiba will highlight solutions in "MOTORTECH JAPAN 2013" and "POWER SYSTEM JAPAN 2013" with the concept of "Semiconductor solutions for motor control that support high-precision manufacturing" and "Semiconductor solutions for power systems that contributes to an eco-society."

 

TECHNO-FRONTIER 2013 will run from July 17 to July 19 at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan and Toshiba will be at booth 1F-212 in East Hall 1. The Toshiba group booth will also showcase battery storage systems from Toshiba Corporation Social Infrastructure Systems Company, and materials and components from Toshiba Materials Co., Ltd., etc.

1. MOTORTECH JAPAN 2013

 

・Motor control microcontroller and Parameter Tuning System (PTS)

 

・Compact linear motor system using microcontrollers

 

・Surveillance camera demo set using microcontrollers

 

・500V/2A sine wave driver IC for brushless motors

 

・Scanner demo set using a stepping motor driver IC

 

・Brushless motor controller and gate driver IC for automotive application with sine wave drive

 

2.  POWER SYSTEM JAPAN 2013

 

・Energy-saving power devices for power systems including DTMOSⅣ high-voltage power MOSFET series, U-MOS Ⅷ-H low-voltage power MOSFET series and SiC SBD products.

 

・Wireless power system ICs and application demo set

 

・LED lighting demo set using LED driver ICs, White LEDs applying GaN-on-Silicon technology and MOSFETs
