You can now submit your ideas in the NFC Windows application contest　and get ready to develop near field communication (NFC) apps for PCs and tablets.

This contest is a unique opportunity to learn about Near Field Communication on Windows 8 & 8.1, propose your application ideas and receive everything you need to prototype it (hardware, software and technical support).

Participating to the contest is totally free and makes you eligible to various rewards, $100 Amazon coupons, NFC enabled material and $22,500 in cash, shared between the five winners.
