Riverside, California - January 27, 2014 - Bourns is pleased to announce the release of the ModelPTVS10-xxxC-TH Series High Current Bidirectional TVS Diodes. These models are designed for usein high power DC bus clamping applications. They offer bidirectional port protection of 58 volts and76 volts. The devices are RoHS compliant* and UL Recognized (pending). They also meet IEC 61000-4-58/20 μs current surge requirements.

The use of silicon technology in the Power TVS products generally offers lower clamping voltage undersurge compared to competing Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) technology.

 

 

The Bourns® Model PTVS10-xxxC-TH Series is provided in through-hole packages and meets industrystandard requirements such as RoHS* and Pb Free solder refl ow profi les.
