产品阵容中新增可确保高达3750Vrms的隔离电压的双模结构无卤素产品

东京—东芝公司（TOKYO：6502）旗下存储与电子元器件解决方案公司今日宣布在其光继电器产品阵容中新增两款新产品，这些新产品用于测量设备、安防系统和其他应用。这两款光继电器采用4引脚SO6封装，可在最高达110摄氏度的高温下工作。这些新光继电器为无卤素产品[1]，采用双模结构，可确保高达3750Vrms的隔离电压。出货即日启动。
 

“TLP172AM”和“TLP172GM”利用多芯片技术，被研发为东芝现有2.54SOP封装产品“TLP172A”和“TLP172G”的高规格、引脚兼容版本。与最大隔离电压为1500Vrms的现有产品相比，双模结构将最大隔离电压提升至3750Vrms。

这些新光继电器的应用场合包括工厂自动化系统、电池管理系统（BMS）、安防系统、电信设备、物联网系统以及取代机械继电器。
