东京--东芝公司（TOKYO：6502）旗下存储与电子元器件解决方案公司今日宣布推出新系列小型封装高压智能功率器件（IPD），这些产品用于空调、空气净化器和空气泵等各类风扇电机。该新系列包括600V／2.5A “TPD4204F"和500V／2.5A “TPD4206F2"两款产品，产品出货即日启动。 

利用东芝最新的MOSFET技术，新系列IPD在新开发的小型表面贴装“SOP30”封装中实现高压和低功率损耗，该封装尺寸仅为20.0mm x 14.2mm。其封装空间仅约为东芝当前封装[1]的一半，有助于开发更小、更轻薄的装置。
