As a result, Digi will implement a price increase to embedded products in the monthly price list effective June 7, 2021. Digi International has implemented policy changes to the Return Authorization (RA) process : All Digi Products
These changes are effective now.
Reason for change: Simplify and clarify our policy and reduce the RA cycle time for customers.
Return Authorization Policy The cost of the device and the quantity of the return determines the replacement or repair strategy. We will no longer require the return of the device(s) for all transactions.
Device(s) must be returned for Customer Owned Repairs and as requested for a Replacement transaction. |

Description of change:
The European 2.4 GHz Harmonized Standard, ETSI 300 328 v2.2.2,
will become mandatory on August 6, 2021.
Digi has perform the necessary measurements and, to be compliant with the new regulations
it is necessary to update the software to integrate a modification in a wireless configuration file.
Notes /Actions
Customers are required to upgrade the Digi Embedded Yocto code base and then rebuild the project to generate new firmware.
Rebuild the firmware and use the new firmware on your products with the ConnectCore 6UL platform.
