Can I change my shipping address after registering an order?

If the order has not been shipped yet and the method of payment selected is by Credit Account (Net 30), it is possible to make changes. You can change the shipping address as well as make changes such as dividing shipments, delivery date and request bulk delivery. Please make any of these changes from your order history.

Is it possible to have products that were ordered at the same time delivered separately as soon as they become available for shipment?

If you order multiple products that have different shipping dates, it is possible to have each product delivered from earliest shipping date (separate shipping). However, there is a shipping fee for each separate shipment.

Customers can also choose to ship in a single shipment according to the latest shipping date. Please select whether to ship separately or in bulk when placing an order. For further information regarding shipping please refer to our user guide.
