Expanded Product Line Targets ADAS Applications and Growing Automotive Market for Serial Flash Products

 

MILPITAS, Calif., Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISSI), a leader in advanced memory and analog solutions, today announced full production of automotive grade serial NOR flash products supporting long-term reliable system operation in harsh environments over wide temperature ranges. Products are available in 8Mb, 16Mb, 32Mb, 64Mb and 128Mb densities and support all mainstream protocols such as SPI, Dual I/O SPI and QUAD I/O SPI. ISSI's automotive products offer speeds in excess of 133MHz with a throughput of 532Mbps.
